    Be on the lookout for an email from Trainerize to set up your account and download the Spark Nutrition & Fitness app to your smart device.

  • Once you’ve logged into the app and filled out all of the necessary paperwork, start exploring the app.

    Hit all the buttons. Get cozy with it.

    Book your onboarding session with, me, Coach Thom, while you’re there.

    This 30 minute video session will take place in the app (no zoom or google meet required)

  • I will craft your personal nutritional guidance information (based off your goals and current situation and setup), and will have this all ready for your Onboarding.

    In the meantime, feel free to start LOGGING.

    First assignment: track your food. I want to see what you eat so we can collaborate on a nutritional path that supports you, your activity, and your life.
